Blockboards are manufactured from selected and seasoned timber battens. These are bonded with Urea Formaldehyde Resin under high pressure and temperature for MR grade and Phenol Formaldehyde resin for BWP grade. The block boards are resistant to twisting/warping and have superb screw holding & nail holding capability. This is mainly possible because of seasoned & durable timber which is used. The wooden battens are thoroughly seasoned in scientifically run seasoning kiln plants and then cut with great precision to obtain uniform thickness. These battens are systematically arranged and utmost care is taken to avoid any extra gap between the battens. Regular test are conducted to maintain the quality of block boards.
Plywood is premium quality product and it is manufactured with the core, peeled from high quality timber. and it is bonded with high solid content resin in India's best hydraulic press. ply MR grade is bonded with UF resin and BWR grade is bonded with PF resin. Good quality raw material and strict quality measures make plywood a quality product.
Flush Doors are known for its high strength and can be easily installed with minimum efforts to protect and beautify your dream home. They are made out of high quality wood to make them exceptionally durable and dimensionally stable with excellent tooling and finishing properties. Obviously, the doors are made with chemically treated seasoned hardwood battens and frames.Flush Doors are treated for total termite and borer protection. The flush doors are manufactured under strict quality control conditions.The doors can be manufactured according to customized sizes too.
We make molded interior doors with strong, environmentally conscious materials. The skins are available with a smooth surface or various wood grain textures. Molded doors are primed and can be painted whatever color you wish.
